For years and years I have been watching, as the public in general just keeps getting larger, while every week, someone comes out with another super diet remedy. The new super diet that’s the best diet ever made! I know you’ve seen those commercials with someone showing their before and after pictures and saying, “I’ve been using ????? for eight weeks now and I lost 4 dress sizes”. But it’s funny that they always have their guarantee statement saying, “ these results are not guaranteed and yours may vary. Let’s get serious for one second. I know a lot of people keep trying different and new diets that come out and it always the same old thing. I just can’t find the one that works for me! Maybe it’s not you. Maybe all the crap they are trying to sell, maybe it doesn’t work. Maybe it only works for some people.
And yes a lot of them will take off weight but after seeing the effects and doing some research I found that all most all of them weren’t effective. They range from no-carbs to them sending you all your meals, which cost several hundred dollars a month. But the problem is that everyone is different and each one of these “diets” has a different effect one each person. Not to mention, there were quite a few that were really unhealthy for your body and even to the point of dangerous. I read and seen people lose weight from “no carb” and have also seen and read about the bad effects to their health they had just to loose some weight. I know two who were on the same “diet” . I not going to name any names but for the price of a car payment, every month they will send you all the food. For all your meals and snacks too!
One person did well and lost some weight and was very happy with loosing weight but said she really didn’t enjoy the food that much. But I guess you can’t have it all. And then there’s the other person. She was on the same “diet” and after the forth month she lost a little weight but nothing to brag about. And for the last two or three days had sharp pains in her stomach. After going to the doctor, she was hospitalized and had to have her gallbladder removed. I’m not saying the diet was the only cause for her operation but the doctor did say that the diet she was one of the causes. That the diet helped caused her to have her gallbladder removed. Not everything has the same effect on every person. Some people burn calories faster and some people have different metabolism. Did you ever see a person who could eat everything in site and not gain any weight? How about a person who gains weight just by looking at a piece of cake? Everyone is different. And make no mistake about it, it matters what you eat and when you eat it. You can’t eat pasta all day, get no exercise and have a snack before you go to bed and expect to loose weight. Talk to a nutritionist or even someone who works out a lot and they will tell when, what and why they eat or don’t eat something.
Now lets talk about the whole exercise thing. It’s a fact that any diet must include some exercise. How much exercise you need depends one each person. Like I said, some people burn calories faster and some people have different metabolism. Some people can exercise 10 minutes every 2 days and get great results and some people have to work 30 minutes everyday, just to get the same results. And like I said before, make no mistake about it, it matters what you eat and when you eat it. And it is very important to get some kind of exercise. Every week, another celebrity comes out with the greatest exercise machine ever made. And many of them will give you some results but if think you’ll end up looking like the people they have doing it on TV, most people won’t. When you see those people with those six-pack abs and all those muscles, do you really think they got that way from using that equipment? Maybe- but probably not. It’s an advertisement. Now that we’ve established you do need some kind of exercise and you do need to watch what you eat. Lets talk about that whole diet thing. Which most of the time is a pill. There are hundreds of them on the market and they all claim to help you loose weight . From additives to reduce your hunger up to Ephedra (which was banned because it killed a couple people). The BIGGEST problem is that it is either pharmaceutical or ingredients that are not nutritionally good for your body. Your body has a very hard time trying to break down pharmaceutical drugs. In fact your body has to use it’s own nutrients to break down pharmaceutical drugs, which are made of artificial ingredients. Then there’s the Ephedra stuff that makes you loose weight but has all kinds of side effect that are harmful, to say the least, to your body. So what’s the answer? From all the research I have done, the only and safest way to use any diet “pill”, would be something, that through scientific studies would be found to be the most effective to help with weight loss but would also not be harmful to your body. Something without stimulants and or ingredients like, Ephedra that won’t harm you. So you need something nutritional (for energy) instead of stimulants and ingredients that won’t harm your body.
